While making Bajra Kheer, Shalini says that the special thing about Bajra Kheer is that you can make it with just a little milk. It tastes delicious because it is a little sticky. In such a situation, it becomes very thick as soon as it is added to milk. At the same time, it contains natural sugar. If you eat it, you will feel sweetness and if you want, you can add some jaggery or sugar in it.

This is how millet kheer is made
Shalini tells that to make millet kheer, first of all you have to put 1 kg milk in gas and boil it well. When the milk boils well, take a handful of millet and fry it well in the pan. When it turns light brown, put it in boiling milk and keep stirring for some time. You will see that within just 10 minutes both milk and millet will become quite thick.

He further told that after this you take it down from the gas. After taking it down, add four spoons of sugar or jaggery if you like, mix it and leave it for 15 minutes. You can also keep this kheer in the fridge and serve it cold. If you want to make it more delicious, you can also add two spoons of dry fruits and nuts in it. Also some saffron.
